White Lady
Ingredients
- 2oz gin
- 3/4oz cointreau
- 3/4oz lemon juice
- 1/4oz simple syrup
- 1/2 of an egg white
- lemon peel garnish
Process
- Dry shake (w/o ice) all ingredients
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into a chilled coupe and serve up
- Express lemon and garnish with the twist
