Kentucky Maid
Ingredients
- 2oz whiskey
- 1oz lime juice
- 3/4oz simple syrup
- 4 large mint leaves
- 3 thin slices cucumber including 1 as a garnish
Process
- Muddle the mint leaves and 2 cucumber slices in a shaker tin
- Add whiskey, lime juice, and simple syrup, and shake with ice
- Double-strain over a large rock
- Garnish with another cucumber slice
