Boston Sour
Ingredients
- 2oz whiskey
- 3/4oz lemon juice
- 3/4oz simple syrup
- 1/2 of an egg white
- 4 drops angostura bitters
Process
- Combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white and dry shake (w/o ice)
- Add ice and shake
- Double-strain into a chilled coupe
- Add drops of bitters on top of the foam, optionally stir them slightly to form a pattern
